ABOUT ME

I have worked on many of the earliest sales digital transformation programs changing them from archaic to innovators – I know which technologies help or hurt sales productivity and revenue – it’s my passion. I’ve also created a formula to help executives build their LinkedIn profiles to maximize thought leadership. I love to share my knowledge as a professor, keynote speaker, and TED Talks speaker.

Higher education is also a passion of mine and I have been teaching + creating university-level courses as a Professor for the past decade. I also teach social media to Canadian marketing and advertising experts on behalf of IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau of Canada). I’ve developed and instructed accredited courses in digital and social media for global institutions including working with Pearson Education to modernize course material.

I’ve worked directly with Fortune 500 brands like Aflac, MasterCard, IBM & more to introduce digital and social media sales workshops that increase revenue and funnel size. Public speaking is something I enjoy and continue to do regularly as a keynote speaker and television correspondent for social media. Contributing blogger for Social Media Today, Social Media Examiner, Salesforce, Marketo, HootSuite and regular guest on SAP’s Social Selling podcast. In addition, I have published peer-reviewed case studies and articles cited by numerous books and academic publications, co-authored 4 books available on Amazon.
